Reindeer from DotDot / 點兒寄來的麋鹿

最近有點迷麋鹿(一直很迷迷路~)

所以來分享一張林點點同學寄給我的明信片

是他自己設計 自己印刷 自己寄的喔!

I'm very addicted to Reindeer recently, 

so i decided to share a postcard with reindeer on it with you!

this card was designed by my classmate-Dot Dot  from uni.

she designed it, printed it and sent it :))

isn't it lovely?!

Dot Dot & 777 and i worked together in our bachelor graduation project together,

the topic was "Slow life"

and we're still trying to apply what we've learned from that topic in our daily life.

Last year, i was still here studying in the Netherlands, 

777 decided to go to Berlin to learn German and apply for the schools there.

DotDot wrote me this card saying that she's the only one left in Taiwan during that time, 

which motivated her to continuously living harder, working harder and play harder.

She wanna join us but at the same time, she also wanted us to go back and go on our adventure together.

for instance the old Letterpress store that we all love so much!

"Rixing Type Foundry"

DotDot & 777 & Iwels (another uni classmate )were the volunteer in the organization, 

assisting them to conserve the letterpress in many ways and the boss is planning to have a Letterpress museum with all the collections he has.

Because it is the last store that has so many and complete word collection in Taiwan,

and we're the last country in the whole wide world that is still using the traditional chinese characters.

I wanna be a part of them but as I'm not back to Taiwan yet, 

so can't really present myself there.

點點跟七七跟我是大學畢業設計的同組夥伴

那時候我們的畢設主題是"慢活"

一直到現在我門都還在努力的把當初學到的 體會到的應用到現在的生活

或者更精確的說  我們慢慢的在體會生活

對慢活的真實意義好像有越來越能心領神會了

當我們了解了  身體力行了 

那下一步應該就是影響周遭的人了吧(?!)

這張麋鹿卡片是點兒自己設計 自己印刷 自己寄的!!

去年寒冷的冬天收到這張薄薄的紙比收到什麼都還要開心

那時候七七已經來到柏林學德文闖蕩新生活

點點說只剩下她在台灣

於是

我們倆在歐洲努力著 他在台灣努力著

期待著我們回台灣的那一天 繼續我們從前在台南時經常一起的小巷冒險生活

 例如一起去日星鑄字行幫忙

點點跟七七還有老趙是日星鑄字行的志工

他們利用假日的早晨去日星幫忙老闆修復裝鉛字的盒子

整理鉛字 排鉛字 等等的~

日星鑄字行是全台灣最後一間收藏這麼完整鉛字的鑄字行

在台北後火車站太原路的小巷裡

老闆很用心的想要把它變成一間博物館才能好好的保存這些珍貴的鉛字及技術

大家也一起來幫忙吧!

沒有什麼事情是嚇得了我們的阿點兒!!

2011都快要走到尾聲了
