燒呼呼的小木頭湯匙/Little wooden spoon, just made!!

The little wooden spoon i just made in my last carpentry class this Monday.

星期一剛出爐的小木頭湯匙!

由於是最後一堂課

只有短短三小時也不能做什麼太複雜的東西

有點想做一個小燈[因為有兩個沒有用到的燈泡]

一直很喜歡燈 也是一個很實用的東西

也想做一個小湯匙  想到了日本雜貨裡常出現的那種

沒有辦法用的話 擺著也好看

主要是想要知道要怎麼做出來!

 To begin with, you first draw the shape of the spoon, 

in the way you like of course.

Draw on the surface of a piece of wood.

首先 大略把心目中的湯匙樣子畫在木頭上

 Place it on the wooden clamp, ensuring that it is not moving around.

把它固定在桌子上的大夾子 不要讓它動來動去

You can first use the cutter, along the line where you're gonna dig out the wood,

and make some irregular lines in the circle as well, 

making it easier when you're taking off the wood with the chisel,

the line helps you from going too far.

 用美工刀在要挖去的地方畫幾刀

幫助你再用鑿子把中間木頭挖除時比較好挖

也比較不會挖超過

 Starting digging out the wood with the chisel, 

using the wooden hammer as assistance.

開始挖 可以用木頭錘子幫忙敲打鑿子

慢慢把木頭挖起來

 When it's already in the shape and depth you like, 

start sanding it with the sanding paper.

當已經挖到你喜歡的形狀跟深度

就可以開始用砂紙磨滑了

Cut the part that is not needed.

用線鋸機切掉旁邊不需要的地方

 Then, sand it with the belt sander to the line you've drawn before.

然後就可以用帶狀的砂輪機[我不知道他的名字其實]

把他磨滑

 Draw the line where the handle part will be thinner, 

then cut it off with the cutting machine as well.

畫出柄要去掉的部分

一樣把它切掉

注意: 在轉彎的地方要用一條一條割的 因為機器不會轉彎

然後再用鑿子挖掉

就像下圖一樣 一條一條

 when it comes to the turning part at the back, don't turn it in the machine,
'cuz the cutting machine can't work in that way.

cut it into several lines and dig it out with the chisel again.

Sand the back of the spoon with the belt sander, 

and you can get the rough shape of the spoon.

 一樣 用帶狀砂輪機磨後面 磨的圓圓滑滑的

這就憑感覺了 無法衡量

the front part as well, 

sand it with the belt sander till the thickness you like.

正面也一樣

湯匙的厚度也是自己拿捏 用砂輪機磨

慢慢磨 慢慢轉 

柄也是

一切慢慢磨 摸一下 看一下 繼續磨!

 DONE!!

完成惹!!!好開心!

顏色有點糟糕.......

下次不敢惹.....
